Thanks for shopping at Collect-d! If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, all items must be in new, unused condition, in the original packaging, with any tags still attached. All custom orders, made-to-order items, or sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@collect-d.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition and packaging. 

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will inspect the returned items within 5-7 business days and notify you on the status of your refund. 
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping
Orders with in-stock inventory will ship within 2-3 business days, excluding holidays and weekends. Orders received after 2 PM PST, will be processed the next business day. Shipping times vary depending on your location. You will receive tracking information as soon as your items have shipped. 

All original shipping costs are nonrefundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. If you ship your return items via a pre-paid shipping label from Collect-d, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

We recommend all returns be sent insured and with tracking as Collect-d cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure the return items are adequately packaged for shipping. Collect-d cannot accept responsibility for any packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.
